Welcome to OC Poop Scoop. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

OC Poop Scoop provides in-person pet waste removal services at residential and commercial properties within Orange County, California. Services may be one-time, recurring (weekly/biweekly), or customized per agreement.


2. Scheduling & Access

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to their property on the scheduled service date.

  • If a gate is locked, an aggressive pet prevents entry, or unsafe conditions exist, our team may be unable to complete the service. In such cases, the appointment will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued (see Refund Policy).

  • Service times are approximate and may vary due to route scheduling.


3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure gates, fences, and property access points are unlocked or accessible during the scheduled service window.

  • Secure pets that may pose a safety risk to staff.

  • Maintain a reasonably safe and sanitary environment for our team.

  • Notify us of any hazards (construction, chemicals, aggressive pets, etc.) before service.


4. Payment & Billing

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Recurring services are billed automatically on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Customers may reschedule once at no additional charge if notice is given before the scheduled service.


6. Service Limitations

  • OC Poop Scoop is not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, or property caused by pet waste buildup, pests, or environmental factors.

  • We do not handle hazardous waste, medical waste, or clean beyond the agreed scope of pet waste removal.

  • Extreme weather (flooding, heavy storms, extreme heat) may result in service delays or rescheduling for safety.


7. Liability

  • OC Poop Scoop takes reasonable precautions to provide safe, reliable service.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by pets, or health issues arising from pet waste outside of our scheduled cleaning.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.


8. Termination of Service

  • Customers may cancel recurring service at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice before their next appointment.

  • OC Poop Scoop reserves the right to terminate service at any time due to unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
