Service Scheduling

All services are performed at the customer’s property on a scheduled date and time.

Appointments are booked in advance through our website.

Service times may vary slightly due to traffic, route scheduling, or weather conditions. We will notify you of any significant delays or rescheduling needs.
Access to Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring our team can safely access the service area (unlocked gates, secured pets, etc.).

If we arrive and cannot access the property, the service will be marked as completed and is non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
No Shipping of Goods

We do not ship, mail, or deliver physical products.
