Refund policy

At OC Poop Scoop, we value your trust and are committed to keeping your outdoor spaces clean and fresh. Because our services are performed in person and require labor, time, and travel, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.

Service Guarantee

  • Satisfaction Promise: If you are not satisfied with your poop scooping service, please notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled visit.

  • Re-Service Option: We will provide one complimentary re-scoop within 48 hours to address any missed areas.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only provided if:

    • We are unable to complete the service due to our own fault (e.g., we miss your appointment or equipment fails).

    • You cancel within the allowed cancellation window (see below).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no extra charge.

  • No-Shows / Inaccessible Property: If we arrive and cannot access the property (locked gates, aggressive pets, etc.), or if no one is present to allow entry when required, the visit will be marked as completed and is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services that have already been performed to completion (unless covered under our re-service guarantee).

  • Issues unrelated to our service (e.g., pet damage to lawn, odor from previous buildup, or ongoing maintenance needs outside of a single service).

  • Failure to maintain accessibility (locked gates, unsafe yard conditions, etc.).

How to Request a Refund or Re-Service

To request a refund or re-service, please email us at Brandon@ocpoopscoop.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Service address

  • Appointment date & time

  • Reason for the request (with photos, if applicable)

Our team will respond within 48 hours.
