Property Access Consent

I hereby authorize OC Poop Scoop and its employees to enter my property for the purpose of performing pet waste removal services on the agreed-upon schedule. I acknowledge that access may occur whether or not I am home, and that OC Poop Scoop staff may enter through gates or designated access points provided by me.

Pet & Gate Safety

I confirm that my pets are secured or friendly toward service personnel. I understand that OC Poop Scoop is not responsible for pets escaping due to unsecured gates or fences.

Liability Release

I release OC Poop Scoop, its owners, and employees from liability for any accidental damage, injury, or loss arising from the normal course of service, including but not limited to lawn damage, gate malfunction, or allergic reactions to cleaning products. I understand OC Poop Scoop takes all reasonable precautions to prevent incidents.

Weather & Scheduling

In the event of severe weather, access issues, or unsafe conditions, OC Poop Scoop may reschedule service at its discretion. Missed visits will be credited or made up on the next scheduled day.

Service Photos

OC Poop Scoop may take “before and after” photos solely for internal verification or promotional use (without identifying customer information).
